Plans for 2010

Now we are well into the new year, I thought I'd update you with this years events that will be here before we know it!
The first event of the year is usually the Tolleshunt D'Arcy fete, but I haven't had confirmation on this yet, so I don't know if will be attending
or not.

We did think that the Blackwater show was going to clash with Parham this year, but they have changed the date, so we will now be attending this as well. Here's a rundown of the dates, and I have also given details where we need help:
Sunday 13th June: Blackwater Country Show, Near Maldon.
Due to space limitations, as well as a limit on the number of passes available,
only members in the immediate area will be required to help with this one.
The Blackwater Show organisers do not provide us with a marquee and we were a tad overcrowded in the Gazebos last year!
Sunday 20th June: Sussex Country Fair - Parham Park, Sussex.
We share a marquee with the Eastergate Cavy Club, so space is plentiful, and we can have as many passes as we like for this one. If you arrive early enough, you can park directly behind the marquee. This is a great day out, and one of my personal favourites (especially for the food!). Please let me know if you are interested in coming - a pass will gain entry for one car and 2 passengers, and if you have extra passengers you can request an additional pass for them too.
Saturday 11th September & Sunday 12th September: - Essex Country Show - Barleylands Farm, Near Billericay, Essex.
A great weekend event, with loads to see and do! We share a marquee with the Chelmsford Rabbit club, but space is a little more restricted than at Parham Park. I also had a bit of a struggle to get enough passes last year for everyone to do 2 days. With that in mind, please state a preference for which day you would like to do - if you would like to do both days, I can then let you know nearer the time if I have enough passes available.
Do let me know what events you would like to attend, and I will send the required passes out when I receive them.
